Liverpool had it tough yesterday, especially since the ref was totally on United's side. Never a penalty. Berbatov is known to be a diver, little or no contact. Gerrard's sending off was the final nail in the coffin. Ruined what could have been a great game. Liverpool played gallantly with ten, refused to give up, a trait that was badly lacking in previous games. The pub was full for the match, Moran's Pub in Clonmel ( Liverpool's Supporter's Club's Pub), for anyone who knows it. The crack was good and we had a special guest after the match, Jan Molby, ex Liverpool star. He was in great form, must have been the €2000 appearance money he got. Regaled us with stories from the good old days.
