Strange Math

The Divide by 2 and Multiply by 2 

Example: 57*43

Divide 57 by 2 until you reach 1 - Multiply 43 by 2

Discard any even numbers in the left column  ie - 28, 14

Add remainder in right column - 43,344, 688, 1376  =  2451

57*43 = 2451
